How do I set up my Ball Pit?

Once you have taken the ball pit out of the packaging allow it to return to its original pre-packed state. You can facilitate the foam to create the circular pit. Then connect the zipper on the base to the zipper on the bottom of the wall, and zip to connect the part together. 

NOTE - Once set up allow 12 hours for the foam to return to pre packaged state.  We recommend washing the balls in warm water and towel drying them prior to use.

Can I wash the ball pit cover?

Yes, absolutely. Disconnect the base from the walls using the zip. There is in zipper access, which allows the cover to be removed and washed. Recommend hand wash of the covers and air dry in the shade.

Can I order extra balls?

Most definitely. Head to the PRODUCTS page and purchase there.

Are the balls non toxic? 

Yes, yes and yes. Our 6cm balls are non toxic, free of Phthalate, BPA and DEHP. They are also CE certified. They are the perfect size for little hands to hold.

Who can use the ball pit?

Our ball pits are recommended for children 1 year +, who can sit independently, and should be supervised by an adult when in use.

Note the ball pits do not provide adequate support for children leaning to stand up

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to arrive. Please take this into consideration when ordering and leave enough time for your order to arrive to avoid disappointment.

I have received my order but something is missing or damaged, what should I do?
